About Me
My therapy approach is guided by my values of compassion, empathy, effectiveness, acceptance and openness. I aim to provide an individually tailored approach that works best for you.
As a clinical psychologist, I have trained for six years in order to provide evidence-based specialist assessment, diagnosis and treatment of psychological difficulties. Post university study, I have engaged in ongoing professional development to ensure my knowledge in the field continues to grow and is kept up to date.
I started working with children, adolescents, and families in a public setting. However, over the past few years, I have been working in a private service predominantly with teens and adults for individual assessment and therapy. I have continued to complete neurodevelopmental assessments with children, teens and adults.
I am registered with the New Zealand Psychologist Board, hold a current Annual Practice Certificate and I am a full member of the New Zealand Psychological Society. I am also registered with ACC.
